How to prevent explosion when gas leak fills the house.

image

The era and civilization of mankind, has started to sip fast into every nook and crannies of the world, including Nigeria. With our very common source of heat previously being Firewood, kerosene stove, charcoal pot, wire gauze and saw dust and many more, the environmentalist, health awareness, civilization and friends of Green,  has  encouraged a lot of humans to shift from the previously used and conversant source of heat, to the new, modern and generally used source, which is the Gas.

Now, while we are trying to live up to standard of the world and have a gas for our cooking in millions of homes, there are also a negative aspect of the situation. There has been a whole lot of  gas explosion news up on the air, severely injuring people, and sometimes taking lives.

When the survivors are asked, there is always an explanation that starts with, ” I came in and the whole place was filled with the smell of gas.” They Either couldn’t perceive it, they tried to turn on the lights, or went ahead to turn on the gas.  These are all the mistakes of life.

When you walk into a room and perceived gas smell of all over the place, you can do two smart things for your self.

1) You either run out as fast as you can out of the house or confinement, or

2) You open up all windows and doors, to let Oxygen into the room, there by diffusing the gas saturated air, reducing the swift possibility of an explosion or ignition.  Try as much as possible not to make a loud noise, don’t to have a friction between any kind of mental, do not turn on the light bulbs, and don’t try to call any one using your phone, or even using your phone light.

Avter thing should be done swiftly, but gently. Swiftly for speed, but gently to prevent noise, friction and collision.

Unlike Nigerian Youths,Most South African youths were not thought this.

image

The Unimformed people  from other continent are quick to assume that Africa is a Country, therefore one culture and tradition goes for all of them. This is a deceptive assumption due to lack of knowledge or misleading teachings and the media. It equally goes a long way to show how low a person’s I.Q is.  The culture of the Western Africa, might not be the same for the Southern. And that of the North might, not be the same for the East. In that case, we  are looking at the very part of the Nigerian culture that is not applicable to the youths of the South Africa, as a Country.

Nigerians, no matter their tribe, tradition and religion, go by the saying that “ After your parents train you, you are to train them right back “.

This does not  mean sending them to school, it means being their parents when they are in their old age. To a Nigerian, this is the bible of the Family. This is the reason why a Nigerian is very conscious of their responsibility to the family. They are very much aware of the ‘share your wealth‘ syndrome. This is why African men are to take care of their women no mater the amount she makes on her own. African kids are not suppose to ever abandon their parents in their old age, when they are now a ying like kids, so much so that talking them to an elderly home/hectare is a considered a foreign culture to us. Our elderly relatives are suppose to be with us and get help in every way possible before they pass on and join our ancestors on the other side. An average African is to work hard for two or more people, especially when they have a relative depending on them. This can be seen as a BLACK THING, even though it is not applicable to every black person. They are to feed, clothe, and shelter an elderly in their linage who is fortunate enough to get to a ripe old age, and is about to join his/her ancestors.

In Nigeria, no one is suppose to be told to look after family when they are financially stable, especially the first borns of a home (God Bless Them).  They are instilled the culture and tradition right from their childhood,  and it inculcates, taking care of  family as a whole . This doesn’t mean that there aren’t a bunch of other bad beans in the Country, who are quick to disown their responsibilities at the sight of money.  But the truth of the matter remains that we are to look after one another when we are lucky enough to attain very significant height in life.  Even though youths  of Nigeria, recently started saying that it is not a law that says anywhere that says we must care for our elderlys.

But in South Africa, with the strong culture of the blacks meeting the almost non existing culture of the white, a dilution of culture emerged, leaving them with little or no strong hold. The white part of the Country just like the way of life of their home Countries in other Continenets, are not obligated to take care of their parents after they attain adulthood. They can do this only on their own free will. But in Africa, if you don’t help your own people after you become wealthy, the society will haunt you with gossips, attitudes, and insults and some times  physical attacks. You feel happy and fulfilled when you have extended your hand of help to the people you have always loved in life.

While Nigerian youths live to see this day come to pass, a day when they can finally put smiles on the faces of their family, the South African youths are left with mixed feelings. Because while the white are not obligated to do that, the  blacks are still with the original culture embedded in them,so they try to . So some are obligated, while some are quick to disassociate themselves form their responsibilities. The whites too have their way of giving back to their families, but they are not compelled to.

So when next you people from other continents fall in love with an African, please do well to know what part of Africa they are from, and what Culture they have. So that you won’t look like an enemy of the family when your spouse starts to send money home to better the living condition of their families back home, and you try to stop it from happening.

You are welcome.

“Extreme Drug abuse by our stupid youth in the North, handiwork of Igbos – Lecturer Muhammad publicly accuses

bala

A certain Dr. Bala Muhammad of the Faculty of Communication, Bayero University Kano, has publicly accused the Igbos of being the  drug merchants that supply codeine syrups to the Drug addicted Northern Men, Women and Youths.

The lecturer made this allegation while simply presenting a paper at the Kano Youth Summit on Peace Advocacy and Development organised by Hamisu Magaji Foundation, at Mambayya House yesterday.

In the paper he entitled: “Nexus Between Youth, Drugs, Crime and Insecurity”, Muhammad blamed the Igbo drug dealers for the prevalence of drug abuse in the northern region, especially Kano state.

He wondered why drug abuse was not prevalent in the South-East region.

Muhammad said the Igbo people supply cough syrup that contains codeine for the consumption of the Northern youth.

According to him, “Our investigation revealed that drug abuse is beyond normal marijuana, cocaine, alcohol, etc. It has moved to the extent that the medicines we take in order to cure our diseases are now being converted into hard drugs.

“We then discovered that it is the handiwork of the Igbo people, who connive with our local people here, to supply the codeine into our region, especially into Kano state.

“There are many instances where Igbo guys were arrested for supplying codeine into Kano and some parts of the North. The cases have been reported in national dailies.

“So, why shouldn’t they take it to their region? Why don’t their youth engage in drug abuse? This is really sad, and we have to rise up to fight this menace.”

My Opinion;

Talk about a prominent men speaking carelessly to the younger people who look up to them. How is it that the Igbos  caused the Hausas to be drug addicts, are not drug addicts themselves.? This is how the gullible Northern Youths are talked into being enemies with people  from other part of the Country for no reason. Are you saying that the youths in the North are less intelligent than those in the South? Because if the so called drugs are sold in the South, and the youths are in control of their consumptions and urges, than the youths in the North, that means that a lot of them their are walking Zombies who can not take positive decisions unless a leader does. Instead of checking why the Northern Youths are taking this much drugs, you are as usual, looking for a tribe to pin it on. Every bad things and decision that happens in the North as a result of bad leadership and horrible advises, these good for nothing crime ridden men look for a way to blame the igbos, just because they don’t want their not so smart youths to know the truth about their leader.

On every beach in Lagos State as of today April 4th 2018 the people who always walk up to me asking if I needed drugs, are ALL Hausas. I have never encountered an Igbo man. No one is calling them out, because you blame a drug user for his uncontrollable urge, and sincerely go for the sellers and dealers, not attacking a tribe for the stupidity of youth youths. You can’t tell me that a whole state, as irrationally large as Kano, has been made a bunch of drug addicts by the Igbos. So what about the rest of the drug addicted Northern states? The depth of drug usage has gotten to it emergency state. And if I were the leaders there,I would be looking for solutions, rather than accuse people.

90’s sitcom Sister-Sister to have a reboot.

download

Good News for the fans of the 90’s sitcom Sister-Sister, as it gets confirmed that it’s reboot is in the works.  to have a reboot in the works. Mother figure of the show Jackee Harry, has revealed  the Story on ComedyHype.Com .

Even though the twin girls Tia and Tamara Mowry are all grown, married, and a little grayed. We wonder what the storyline will be about this time around. As for me, I am a big fan of the show, and I am here for the reboot, no matter how long it takes to be completed.

While the rumour has been making rounds of a possible reboot, for the show to come back on air, fans who loved it so much caused a swirl when they started the tours years ago, but their agitation has finally paid off, as stars of the show are giving in, to the request of obsessed fans, As reports indicate that the 39-year-old identical twins have begun searching for a team to bring back the series.

“We’re looking, right now, for a producer and a writer, someone who can kind of be a leader of the pack in regards to running the show,” Mowry recently told Nylon magazine. “I thought people would kind of be jumping on it, but it’s a lot harder than my sister and I thought it would be. Everything in my career has always been a challenge.”

Challenges aside, the actress assured fans that the show is “not dead in any kind of way.”

“We’re moving forward, we’re taking those strides,” Mowry explained, referencing shows like “Roseanne”, “Twin Peaks,” and “Will and Grace,” all of which have recently gotten the revival treatment. “They’re slow strides, but we’re pushing as hard as we can to make people happy and make our fans happy.

“Sister, Sister,” which ran from 1994-1999, was centered around identical twins Tia Landry and Tamera Campbell  who learned of each other as teenagers after being separated at birth and adopted into different families. Meanwhile, Mowry revealed that the show, which also starred Jackee Harry, Tim Reid and Marques Houston, drew on personal experiences of the sisters’ daily lives.

She said, “A lot of people might not know this, but every year at the beginning of the season, me and my sister would sit down with the producers and tell them what’s going on with our lives in real life, and they would turn those into stories.”

I love everything about the show. I just can’t wait.

While In the U.S to give birth, lady calls her husband to inform him of her plan to never come back.

famousblogng-1522687308537

This is a shocking story, but many things in life are equally scary. The lady who planned with her husband to go to the U.S to gibe birth, calls him to inform him that they are divorced, and that she is giving up the child for adoption. This is the story that was shared by a social media handle @Naija Class Captain

My Friend went to the US to give birth, she never came back.

First let me begin with she context. They met 2005 in OAU while undergraduates. He had been dotting on a psycho who would be all lovey dovey today and pretend she didn’t know him tomorrow– a situation that brought him to tears multiple times. He had come to visit the psych one day and she walked out on him. He broke down in tears. A former professional heartbreaker, he had never loved a woman and how this one wan he loved couldn’t be bothered to love him back troubled him. As he broke down in tears in that corner room in More I hall that rainy night, a quiet observant roommate if the psycho consoles him. What started as a genuine sincere consolation of a broken friend blossomed into a young relationship that grew into a Courtship and then marriage…

2016 he is now a C level executive at a Julius Berger, she a corporate lawyer at a less famous chamber. She wanted more, more than he could ever offer. He never knew knew. He wanted more for his family. She wanted the best for herself then later family. She had unknowing to him been wanting to leave the country, yearning to stand  shoulder to shoulder with fellow lawyers from Cambridge and Yale and defend clients in courts elsewhere. Nigerian would stunt how far he can go she has believed pregnancy was her chance initially, she didn’t want to get pregnant. Her argument is that she wasn’t ready. Later she argued that she needed time, so when she took in without any argument, Tunji was the MST excited of men. He cane running to me as excited as a child that just got his Christmas gift. That was also when what we initially thought was pregnancy hormone  triggered behaviours began. She Sold her Car. He had to drive her to work initially. She sold many of the things she owed and he didn’t even complain. She insisted on giving birth in the U.S and he happily obliged. Last October she have birth, gave the child up for adoption and hooked up with an old flame who is now an American citizen. She needed him to process him to process her stay. She needed her baby out of the picture so can focus and get things done. Two days ago, she called Tunji, my friend to inform him that he shouldn’t bother  anymore that he has moved on. The guy wanted to die. He hasn’t  eaten since. Love doesn’t  seem to be enough these days.. Neither does money, neither does being a nice guy. Look before you leap guys. Update. She had included divorce papers in the documents he unwillingly signed before she travelled and he didn’t know, by virtue of which she is to have custody and can put him up for adoption. She also took a sizable chunk of money from the joint account.

This sounds like a movie story, but it happened to  married man here in Nigeria. You can never tell what idea the human mind is caressing. But since Karma is all alive and well, u will advice this guy to move on and let her face it alone. But his child has been given to stranger. This is so sad. I hope he survives this, even though it will take a while.

Lack of Creativity: Peep the high number of African Countries with the exact same colours of flags.

Screenshot_20180402-170437

Talk about the inability to do your own thing. From this design, it is officially difficult to come up with the Country that had the first idea.

This is the reason why the question of African Countries with Green, red, and yellow colours on their flags hardly comes up.  I am surprised Nigeria is not part of it. Actually I am proud It is not. This is just a joke of flags. I mean, the question should be, how many Countries don’t have these three Colours?

BREAKING:  Winnie Mandela Dies At 81

zonkemusic-1522682970163

The Ex-wife of  former South African President, Anti- Apartheid fighter, and  Africa’s hero Nelson Madiba Mandela, Winnie Mandela, has died today, Monday 2nd April 2018.

According to the source, She died in a Johannesburg hospital after a long protracted illness, spokesman Victor Dlamini said in a statement.

Winnie Mandela, who was married to Nelson Mandela for 38 years, played a key part in the campaign to end white-minority rule but her place in history was also stained by controversy.

“It is with profound sadness that we inform the public that Mrs Winnie Madikizela-Mandela passed away at the Netcare Milpark Hospital, Johannesburg, South Africa on Monday,” said a statement issued by Dlamini, a family spokesman.

“She died after a long illness, for which she had been in and out of hospital since the start of the year. She succumbed peacefully in the early hours of Monday afternoon surrounded by her family and loved ones.”

Most of Winnie’s marriage to Nelson was spent apart, with Nelson imprisoned for 27 years, leaving her to raise their two daughters alone and to keep alive his political dream under the repressive white-minority regime.

But her reputation came under damaging scrutiny in the twilight years of apartheid rule.

In 1986, she was widely linked to “necklacing”, when suspected traitors were burnt alive by a petrol-soaked car tyre being put over their head and set alight.

In 1990 the world watched when Nelson Mandela finally walked out of prison  hand in hand with Winnie.

The following year, she was convicted of kidnapping and assault over the killing of Stompie Moeketsi, a 14-year-old boy.

In 1992, the Mandelas separated, and then divorced in 1996, after a legal wrangle that revealed she had had an affair with a young bodyguard.

The lose has reportedly hit South Africa hard, as the historical wife passes on to be with her ancestors. Rest In Peace Winnie.

Bad leaders: Son of the Head of the Nigerian Universities Commission graduates from a UK university

seunoloketuyi-1522678444197

‪You steal from the Country, send your kids abroad for proper education, then you cause strikes, destroy the education of the poor man’s kids.

Isn’t it strange that the children of the president of Nigeria are not based in Nigeria. The depth of destruction going on is something they don’t want their kids 1000 feet close to it.

The poor are suppose to her poorer while the stealing rich get richer. They are quick to persecute Internet fraudsters even though they steal more money than them.

If you are a Head of the Nigerian Universities Commission and your kids are abroad schooling in another Country, then your family obviously know that you are about to play with the fate of the poor man’s child. So you send them out to be better people, while you deceive your own people.

You have the world believe that you are doing your best for the Nation, but you are only doing your best at making you life and that of your family better.

Ladies and gentlemen this picture was taken in Dec 2017, when the young man graduated, While Non Academic staff of Universities in Nigeria were still striking for their payment related issues. They  just resumed from their strike two weeks ago, even though their demand have not been met, but because they lead to go back to work to make a living.  Are you now getting the true picture of Nigerian leaders? The valve difference between a € and N is so much apart, that you have to know how much you earn to send your kids to universities out there.

Meanwhile this young man is going to either stay back in that Country to make a living for himself, or come back to Nigeria where the best paying jobs are waiting for him. This is not the life anyone should be living, Nigerians are suffering so much in this Country. So when next you see a Nigerian being miserable, know that they are the strongest humans on earth.

If you can survive being a Nigerian, you can survive any and everything on earth.

Photos of Robert Mugabe’s £7.5 million “Blue Roof” Harare  Zimbabwe Mansion.

-1522676739785

Is Africa really this unlucky with leadership ? Is it really true that a black man cannot lead his fellow black men just like a white man would? Could it be that Africans are so cursed that they can’t put aside greed and selfishness to help their own people? Is the help that Africans citizens have been crying  for really in the hands of the white man? Could this be he reason why the dream of an average African is to leave the Continent?

Otherwise why is this happening to this Continent? Why can’t an African leader lead just without corruption and theft in his mind? How else do you explain this ?No African country is without a corrupt leader stealing all that is meant for the people, and then protecting themselves with law enforcement from being punished, while building a better future for their unborn kids, while the ones who are already born, are surviving on sand and stones. The best Country in Africa is said to be South Africa, and that is because majority of its citizens are whites. They have brought in the white man mentality and developed the place.

Can the problem of the black man only  be abolished by a white man? Is the black man truly incapable of leading like the Israeli said earlier? This is no more a matter to be taken lightly. The state and mind set of African leaders is a serious danger to the generations to come. This old man Mugabe is residing in a home like this, while  kids in his country can’t access simple drinking water? They are simply waiting for American stars to become wealthy and turn inyk philanthropist before they come down to Africa to change it? This so embarrassing. And the moment people start getting punished like they should be for their crimes, no matter their age, social status, and wealth, then we will know that we have slashed our problems by half as a continent. Why is President Buhari not persecuting looters? Why are they still as wealthy  and free as they are, if you have caught them?

Assassinated Island Man buried with $2m worth of Jewelries, Timberland.

instablog9ja-1522669959694

A successful realtor and famous used car dealer named Sheron Sukhdeo,  was shot and killed last week Monday night, after being shot multiple times in a drive by attack outside the home of relatives at Caroni Savannah Road, Charlieville shortly before 9p.m in Trinidad and Tobago. Sympathisers are still not sure of it is a gang attack or a simply murder case.  But four days later on Friday the same week of the attack,  the businessman and father of two gained the attention of the world when he was placed in a $50,000 Casket, dressed in white, and on his neck were hanging heavy bling bling chains and pendants that hung all the way to his mid region.

Assumed to be very expensive since they are considered legit.  His family placed a pair of timberland, suspected to be his favourite in the casket as well.

You wonder if he will be using those things on the other side, or it will be taken away before he is placed six feet. If not, this will only attract grave looters who will be obsesses with exhuming his body and defiling it by taking out all those expensive things.  Or they are just doing it the mummy way. Wealthy man being buried with his wealth. If he is buried with this much, how Much is then left for his family and kids?

Man pushes his partner around in a trolley all for love.

A 42-year-old man from Cape Town, has become a viral sensation for always pushing his girlfriend in a shopping trolley wherever they go! .

“She is my queen and it’s my job to take care of her in any way,” Lizo Taliwe told Daily Sun. When the People’s Paper recently caught up with the two they were on their way to Never Never from Samora Machel. .

“I enjoy what I’m doing and I don’t mind the hot weather. As long as my queen is happy, I’m happy too,” he said. His girlfriend Zukiswa Dyantyi, 40,said she was happy she chose to be with Lizo because he treats her like the queen she is. .
.
The two have been together for 8 years. When the SunTeam asked her if Lizo pushed her because she was lazy, he jumped to her defence. “She is not lazy. I love her and I don’t want her to get tired.
Even though we are poor and don’t have anything, we love each other. To find true love people need to stop looking at materialistic things because the person who really loves you might not have anything.”

My Opinion:

I’m guessing that these South African men can only be extreme in their dealings with their women. It is either they are burning them to death, or abnormally carrying them in love. It is clear that the young man doesn’t have an automobile to drive her round, so he is making up for it in his own way. But at this state, how can he work to buy a proper cat instead of this trolley ride?.

The Lagos State police has arrested a Rotimi Abomini for sexually assaulting a primary six pupil with his fingers in Bariga, Lagos State.

According to a report by NewTelegraph, Abomini is a serial rapist who had lured several other young girls with different tricks and having sexual inter course with them. The suspect, from Ondo State, also threatened to kill them if they told anyone ‘Oldest trick in the book‘ style.

According to the victim’s mother, her 11-year-old daughter told confided in her  that when she was returning from school, the young man Abomini called her and her friend  and offered them custard and milk.

She said: “It was when the suspect was arrested that I got to know that my daughter’s friend had been going to Abomini’s room to collect custard and milk in exchange for underage sex.

Quoting her daughter, the mother narrated.

“My daughter told me that immediately they entered the suspect’s room, her friend went out and left her in the room after collecting the custard and milk. She also made attempt to leave when the suspect asked her to wait and have sex with him before he could give her custard and milk.

My daughter said she refused the advances from him and told him that I would kill her. Abomini then told her to wait that nobody will know what transpired between them. .

She said Abomini told her not to be afraid that he had done it several times with her friend, saying that was why she regularly came to his apartment to take custard and milk on her way from school”

The victim’s mother, however, said when she did not see her daughter on time, she started calling her name.

“Immediately Abomini heard my voice, he hurriedly carried my daughter and threw her out through the window. .

Abomini however denied having sexual inter course with her because he couldn’t penetrate, but only poked his finger into her private part. Gruesome description of the event, but it goes to show that this young man had more than one victim, due to his expertise. I hope he gets what is coming to him.

Following an accusation, a Nigerian couple gets arrested and interrogated by the police after they were accused of beating up their sister in-law for infidelity.

According to instablog, the victim named Bella was married to her Amsterdam  based husband Felix Omeneka, a brother to Kelly, who along with his wife Mercy, beat her up in their family home in Ajao Estate.

The conflict was said to have started  after Felix instructed Bella to go live in his family house, shortly after their wedding in 2016.Even though she  didn’t find the idea appropriate.

Shortly after moving  into the family house the feud between herself and her brother and sister in-law Kelly and Mercy respectively, started.

The stroke that broke the camel’s back, was when Bela discovered that some of her belongings were going missing. Asking for the where about of her belongings from Mercy, resulted to a physical combat between the Ladies.

Bela says: “Kelly did not separate us. Rather, he went for a horse whip and started flogging me all over my body and at the same time, hitting me in the ribs. He accused me of bewitching his brother to the extent that he does not look at the face of another family member back in Europe.

A member of the family called and instructed them to seize my marriage certificate so that I won’t have any vital document to prove that the union is legal. Kelly also seized my phone and dragged me out of the building.

All I could remember at that point was seeing an oncoming car approaching the direction he dumped me as I passed out.”
According to the victim, she says the brother-in-law later unlock the gate around 4am Only to order her to move out of the family house on the grounds of marital infidelity.

Says: “He told me that they had a directive from their mother not to allow me in until I went to the village to swear an oath of fidelity. It was a concerned neighbour that later put me in a cab that took me to my sister’s place, from where I was rushed to the hospital”
