The US is a scary place for a black child to live. These stories don’t seem to be slowing down, they are as easy as the breeze. Is there a plot ? a hidden agenda behind all these killings? these can’t be coincidental, they are done with no remorse or fear. After the Case of Ahmaud Arbery, yet another two cases have surfaced of killing of black kids, whose murders were intended to go cold and unnoticed before they went public.

KNOW THIS NAME: Breonna Taylor. ⁣ ⁣ She was an award-winning EMT and a model citizen. A beloved, upstanding member of her family and community. She was literally an essential worker and had been working at 2 hospitals during the pandemic. ⁣ ⁣ Then, less than one month ago, a renegade division of the Louisville Police Department (@lmpd.ky) performed an illegal, unannounced drug raid on her home. Not a single neighbor or resident heard a single officer announce themselves when they literally rammed the door down and began shooting 22 shots, slaughtering her. ⁣ ⁣ Not only were the police at the WRONG HOUSE, the man they were looking for, who had nothing to do with Breonna, had ALREADY BEEN ARRESTED earlier that day. ⁣ ⁣ This is my home state. I was born and raised in Kentucky. ⁣ ⁣ We are demanding justice. ⁣ ⁣ 1. Charges need to be filed immediately. ⁣ ⁣ 2. The Mayor of Louisville, @MayorGregFischer, needs to intervene. It’s shameful that he hasn’t. ⁣ ⁣ 3. Kentucky Governor @andybeshearky , who is a good man, has been basically silent on this case. He needs to step up since nobody else will. It’s been a month. ⁣ ⁣ It is SHAMEFUL that this has carried on like this over the past month. For weeks the city treated Breonna like she was a criminal. Police literally called her a “suspect,” and said they killed a suspect for weeks, until finally being forced to admit they got the whole the wrong. They had no drugs. And they got the wrong people. She did EVERYTHING right. Everything. ⁣ ⁣ But still, this. We won’t stand for it. ⁣ ⁣
