Bollywood has been hit hard at a hard time like this. phenomenal Indian actor Irrfan Khan is said to have passed on at age 53 after suffering colon infection.

The star who was made known world wide by his internationally acclaimed role a in Slumdog Millionaire and life of Pi, amongst many other Bollywood movies.

Known internationally for his roles in Slumdog Millionaire and Life of Pi, Khan starred in many Bollywood hits, including Lunchbox, Piku and Hindi Medium.
He has been described as “an incredible talent”, by Piku co-star Amitabh Bachchan. 
Khan died in a hospital in the western city of Mumbai, his agency said.
He had been admitted with a colon infection.
