How to get a quick digest before bedtime. | Oby Oriji Blog

|| My Quick Digest Routine|| ๐Ÿ’
It is 12:03am โฐ๐ŸŒš in the morning, and I am still awake, leaving me with 2 hours before bed time. I have a thing or two still need to round up, and I can still feel my cereal (dinner) in my stomach.
Trying to kill two birds with one stone, I have my cup or Green/Lipton tea๐Ÿตโ˜•๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ€๐ŸŒฑ๐ŸŒฒ๐ŸŒณ๐ŸŒด. Mainly for a very quick digestion, and keeping me alert until I am ready to finally rest, and emptying my belly for an easier workout tomorrow morning.

I automatically burb/belch and then my stomach gets relief. Food weight is almost unnoticeable in my stomach, and I get my relief.
